The month for lovers - luckily it's a short one or how could I survive 30+ days of February.

I did get to see Underworld. Awesome movie. And I'm reading the second novel in the Eragon series, Eldest.

In answer to your comment: I would consider the final use of your entry as the main factor. If it could be used in a commercial capacity after your submission then you are responsibly for that commercial use of the stock, which without permission would put you at odds with Resurgere's rules and in all likelihood you would break the contest rules by submitting copyrighted martial. It would be in your best interest to get permission before hand then.

thanks, I was afraid of that - that's why I asked. I've always enjoyed looking at your work though, though I haven't found a use for it yet in mine. I guess cuz I really like it the way it is...
